Last updated: June 16, 2026

Welcome to Hurricane Valley Community. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hurricanevalleyutah.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or infringing;
  • Spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or business;
  • Use the Service to harm, deceive, or exploit members of the community.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. You're responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or harms the community.

4. Business listings & reviews

If you list a business, you represent that you're authorized to do so and that your information is accurate. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences. We are not responsible for interactions or transactions between users and businesses listed on the Service.

5. Paid features

Some business features are offered through paid subscriptions, processed by Stripe. Fees, billing cycles, and any renewal or cancellation terms are presented at the time of purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content posted by users is accurate or reliable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hurricane Valley Community and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk for the community.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
